Group Therapy

Group therapy is an effective evidence-based type of therapy that has proven to reduce symptoms of mental health disorders. Connection is healing.

We offer specialized outpatient groups where clients can come together in small numbers to engage under the facilitation of a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C).

Clients must have active therapeutic relationship to attend sessions.

Sessions are limited to 6 seats.
